Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or International at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
