Orders are shipped as soon as a customer places their order, with free standard shipping between 3-5 business days or Express Shipping between 1-2 business days for $2.99.
Care instructions vary by product. Each product comes with a tag or instructions on how to properly care and clean and what should be avoided.
We accept eligible returns within 30-days of a purchase that was received by the customer. Products needs to be in its original packaging with no damages, and then a refund will be issued to the payment method used or as store credit within 7-10 business days. If you haven't received it by then, we encourage you to fill out our contact form and we will respond with-in 1-2 business days.
